Planning to open in 2026
We plan to open a restaurant where we can appreciate their life and carefully savor the ingredients. We plan to create a “Forest to Table” concept, where fire is made with firewood cut from the mountains and seasonal ingredients produced by nature are simply and luxuriously prepared and tasted. The restaurant will be a place where people can feel the bounty of nature in the region through the food, and communicate the richness and sustainability of the land through food.
